Automatic Extract Machine

1. The main accessories and electrical components are imported, with low failure rate and long service life.

2. Adopt multi-link arm, strong bearing capacity, imported geared motor, imported PLC and inverter control, high-speed operation is stable and impact-free. 

3. Because the geared motor drives the arm PLC and the inverter control, the arm can be on standby at any point within its stroke range (the arm advances to the edge of the mold before opening the mold), which effectively shortens the take-out cycle and improves the production efficiency.

4. Using Chinese human-machine interface touch screen, it is convenient to set various parameters, monitor the machine status in real time, and have fault self-diagnosis display function, which makes operation and maintenance very convenient. It can be automatic on a stand-alone machine, or it can be connected with a die-casting machine, a soup feeder, and a sprayer to become a fully automated equipment.

5. Japanese absolute encoder was adopted to digitize arm position adjustment.
